Job Description:
- Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of machinery and trucks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of machinery and trucks to various job sites, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize equipment needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or trucks and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management.
- Proven experience in coordinating machinery and truck operations, preferably in a construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of machinery and truck maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional skill in Microsoft Excel and Advanced Excel is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Good communication writing and speaking English skills.
